Mental Toughness in UFC Competition

Here’s an article by Neil Davidson that appeared in The Brooks Bulletin.

It involves the UFC fights and how obvious mental toughness can be. Here’s a quote from the article by UFC president Dana White:

“This kid was so nervous to fight Matt Serra, it was blowing my mind. I think that Georges St. Pierre needs to work on his mental game, because his physical game is second to none. … The only thing I’ve seen, any kink in his armour, is his head.”

    Other major function matches on the day will see Michael Bisping, Dan Miller, Todd Duffee, Mike Russow, Diego Sanchez and John Hathaway participate to see, who can arrive out on prime and be the confront of the up coming UFC tournament.

    UFC 114 will have a bunch of matches, but none at the magnitude of the bout in between Quinton Jackson and Rashad Evans. This is one of the most anticipated match-ups, which will last but not least acquire place this 30 days.
