What Separates the Best from the Rest?
According to an entry in Life in the Rough, mental conditioning is a key ingredient for rising to the top of the golf world. Although the author implies there may be more factors, he only goes into a few in this piece. Life in the Rough has a mental game section, with several useful entries on gamesmanship, repetition, warmups, fear, pressure, discipline, etc.

↓ Quote | Posted May 10, 2009, 1:55 pmI find that grip pressure is huge. Too tight a grip and your margin for error disappears - too loose a grip and distance and direction suffer. If I can develop a “feel” for the club doing the work, I find my game improves significantly. Thanks for the vine.
