Dr. Sam Maniar is a sport psychologist at the Ohio State University and has long been a presence in the sporting world in and around Columbus working with professional, collegiate and developing athletes. This interview, conducted by Dr. Kristen Dieffenbach, is deep and filled with insights every athlete and coach will want to hear.
